Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Location was great for us, as we wanted to be close to West Edmonton Mall. The hotel was great. Pool was fun for the kids and the hot tub was working well. Convenience of the in-hotel restaurant was also great.

Was a short stay… got...

Liked: Room and building were clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Was only there for a short time and didn’t have a chance to have breakfast or use any facilities but would stay there again.
Disliked: I booked online and didn’t realize the price was in US dollars. So room was a little more expensive then what I thought when I booked. That I was not pleased with. And front desk staff couldn’t do anything about it, which I understand. But maybe talk to your booking agents and ask them to change to Canadian dollars as I booked while in Alberta.
