Disliked: Being put on a floor where remodeling was taking place. Shower floor needs a deep cleaning. New paint or wallpaper to brighten room. Location was excellent.

Disliked: Staff is lazy (front desk mostly). Had multiple issues where staff showed how little they cared about fellow staff members or guest. Never had functioning soap dispenser in shower (gave a bar on second request). Told staff day one there was an issue.

Liked: It was fairly close to downtown and the rate was reasonable.
Disliked: The hotel was decent, but not great. I was disappointed that they did not provide a free breakfast like most Holiday Inns.
