State softball

Liked: Rooms are nice and comfy with nice walk in shower. Bed is comfy, pillows, well everyone is used to one at home so that's that.
Disliked: The breakfast was cold when we ate it, but in there defense the hotel was pretty full with a event going on.

Fantastic I will always choose...

Liked: Convenience was exceptional I will always stay there and tell my family and friends they saved our road trip holiday inn refused to honor our reservations because I lost my id and my granddaughter wasn’t 21
Disliked: Easy access my disability accommodation made going around the hotel

Would not recommend it.

Liked: Nostalgic
Disliked: It needs updating. The bedding and the towels needs severe updating. Kitchen elevator. It was very loud until two in the morning, and there was no question that the front desk could hear it and did nothing.

The staff were amazing and...

Liked: The location and it has a bar. And my room came with a free drink voucher
Disliked: The pool advertised that it was heated it was not. There was no refrigerator in the room and that was not stated on my reservation either. For the price of the room breakfast should have been included it was not.
