Great distance from the uni!

Liked: The bed was actually quite comfortable and room size was perfect. The king room allowed for us to stay on a nice size bed and the kids on the pull out. The did have a fire alarm drill which was only about an hour heads up. But I found it to be a great learning opportunity for my kids. The front staff were very friendly and when we requested for the waterslide it was on within 5 minutes which was nice.
Disliked: The breakfast location and the issue with the free breakfast not stating that kids would be free until I went to get my voucher. I also preferred a breakfast brunch where the food is ready and we just go and pick out the stuff. It also is not easily accessibe and quite a journey away from the rooms.

Disliked: BATHROOM TISSUE IS THE WORST TISSUE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN A HOTEL!!ESPECIALLY IN QUALITY HOTEL CHAIN LIKE THE Holiday InnI have stayed at 1 star hotels in Afica with better quality bathroom tissue!PLEASR UPGRADE YOUR QUALITY OF BATHROOM TISSUE!!!!!

Included breakfast, half not included

Liked: Room was as expected.
Disliked: I booked a room for 4 adults and one child with included breakfast, and was told (even when calling the day before and checking in at the hotel) that breakfast was included. When I stopped at the front desk to ask for directions to breakfast in the morning, I was told I needed vouchers and that only 2 would be provided. This is not what I booked and was very disappointed with the service. Others should be aware.
