Liked: Love the comfort of the bed/pillows and that there’s a hot tub available.

Disliked: The people above us were noisy. We called the front desk a couple of times. They need a remodel and upgrade everything. We heard the breakfast wasn’t very good.

Disliked: The room was dirty, they didn’t want to provide our breakfast that we paid for, the second day we arrived for breakfast and nothing was there. The lady said she wasn’t making anymore. Found bed bugs and blood on pillows. Gym had no air and was 90 degrees inside

Waiting for refund

Disliked: Our neighbor was loud and then later overdosed. We called and went to front desk. Nothing was done. When ckg out 2 other couples were waiting for management. Unsure their complaints
