Disliked: We had an issue with our room on the second night. But it was dealt with efficiently and professionally and we were moved to another room.

Well... not the best experience...

Liked: Had a death in the family and had to travel unexpectedly. Glad to have a hotel room on shirt notice.
Disliked: The heating/air-conditioning unit in my room was very noisy. It woke me up so many times I finally turned it off completely. And I had tried the auto setting. Trued the on setting. It was a trying night.

Liked: The beds are so cozy and the luggage carts are really convenient for transporting and my uncle’s luggage to and from the hotel room. I also appreciate that the bathrooms have those big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I also liked how there was more to the complimentary sandwiches this time. Last time I was there in June 2024, it was just the sandwich and a pickle, along with condiment packets. This time there was a bag of chips and a chocolate chip cookie as well. Very pleasant surprise.
Disliked: The marketplace in the lobby has a decent selection of drinks and snacks. But every time I’ve been to that location over the past year or so, the freezers have a strong lack of frozen food variety, whereas on past visits, I’ve seen things like hot pockets and corn dogs in the freezers. It’s kind of disappointing. The freezers could use more variety. Like small microwaveable chicken sandwiches or pizza.
