Very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Liked: While we didn't do the breakfast, I was so impressed with the overall experience. Everyone was so upbeat, so kind and caring....It was a pleasure to stay there.

Disliked: It was very cringe looking from the outside, once inside it looked a little better but it definitely needs some work. Our room was gross, there were bandaids hanging from the smoke detector, black hairs all over the restroom and none of us have long black hair like that. Only one side of the elevators were working which made things more complicated than needed to be. If I would have known what the hotel was like before booking, I would not of booked here. You should definitely lower your price for what you offer. I could have stayed at Embassy for just a tad more. This was a one and done for us.

Liked: Large facility and parking Willy at bar was excellent and very helpful
Disliked: Sadly the room was directly next to pool and was very noisy. Also waiting for 40-45 minute for breakfast meant we left without something we paid for. Seemed very slow for the volume of guests
