Liked: Upon arrival and our first night, gentlemen whom assist us was helpful. Even at restaurant/bar who took our orders and did room delivery was excellent.
Disliked: Hours later... we called front desk. Noone is answering the phone until next day. We ended up (at night first call) going down to help ourselves. Next day, we went out attending special occasions. Came back late night. "Housekeeping" cleaned our room. Took ALL OUR TOWELS, EVEN HAND TOWEL!Checked out!! No effing shower. Their excuse. PHONE VOLUME WAS LOWERED AND THE OTHER DAY AT&T HAS PROBLEM..

Liked: The room was nice and one of the two ladies servant us breakfast were really nice.
Disliked: The gentleman that checked us in was very clueless. We asked for help in regards to let us into the pool. He forgot while we were out there waiting for him to come. I had to go back to remind him, he was just standing there, welcoming people into the hotel. We asked for some help later on the next day from him and he was again seem like he did not know at all what to do or how to do it. Also, the breakfast coupons. They should cover juice and coffee. It was kind of ridiculous that I had to spend five bucks each day because it was not covered with the coupon.

Great stay will definitely stay...
