The stay was amazing, the...

Liked: The staff at the day of check-in were friendly and attentive. the front lobby smelled good and was very clean. GREAT JOB Holiday Inn.
Disliked: Nothing. The stay was amazing.

If we have to stay...

Liked: Loved that the building was up to date!
Disliked: The location was awkward to get to and the trying to get on and off the main road was quite dangerous. It was an extremely busy 3 lane highway with no light to cross.

Liked: The hotel was clean and nice
Disliked: I had problem with the tenants next door around 3:00-4:00 am we had to call security for loud music. When music was turn off the tenant started laugh, scream and hitting the walls. We call security again we were moved to another room a lot smaller than the first room. We were told we will get credit but we need discuss this matter with booking.com since it was third party billing. Based on the problems I had with moving because of loud I should receive a credit on my bill.
