Friendly staff, clean room, no...
Liked: Hi, I had a king room with a sofa bed, both tvs did not work for the entire 2 day stay, I've stayed at this property multiple times, not having working tvs is ridiculous, staff was great, room was very clean, no tv is unacceptable, + every time your pool is too cold to use, hot tub is nice, pool water is too cold to use, sure it looks nice , but no one uses it because it's too freaking cold, again, ridiculous, this is entirely correctable.
Disliked: My room had 2 tvs that had no connection for over 2 days, ridiculous. Furthermore, your pool water is too cold to use, looks nice, not usable.

Liked: The location and fire pit area.
Disliked: There is no television due to the Comcast cable being out. For the price I felt that room should have been discounted for not having television. I requested DAYS in advance to have a room next to my friends and instead upon arrival I was on another floor. They did end up moving me to the same floor but not even close to their room. I feel communication with staff is challenging. Breakfast isn't included but you can Add it for $10 per person. Housekeeping isn't a daily thing.

Nice hotel. Staff was useless...
Liked: Booked on. Thursday. My card was charged $183 on Friday morning. That’s fine. I was then charged $133 when I checked in. I got an alert on my phone and told the agent. She could do nothing and said that was normal. I was then charged $133 when check out Saturday. Again I told the agent and she told me there was nothing she could do. I asked that I see a manger but no manager on duty at the that time. I went back later and spoke to the manger who repeatedly told me I was wrong. I showed her my card statement and she then said that’s their system and I “should” be refunded the $183 and one of the $133 charges. She said she “thinks” it takes 3-5 business days. This is unacceptable. I travel all the time and have never seen this. My bank told me this was not coded as a “hold” but was coded as a “charge.”
