Liked: It’s was very clean and comfortable! Great sheets in the comfy bed and great pillows! The staff was all very kind and welcoming. The restaurant staff delivered room service happily! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone with a layover in Edmonton!

Disliked: We had an issue that I’m too tired too elaborate but if I’ll get a bad response to this I’ll find time to explain what happened, I am actually finding time to get this to the higher ups, that’s how disappointed I am. In sum, they have 2 staff that were very unprofessional, incapable of dealing with serious matters and with a very trashy attitude (Male and female from India, both on desk on Oct 17 evening). They have no understanding of deeper things, like why are you hiring these kind of people to be in the front desk.
