One nighter by semi locals....

Liked: Paid for the breakfast. It was pretty basic. Nice to be able to eat in the hotel.
Disliked: I asked for a quiet room but was met with fairly loud stomping across room above for quite a while. Didn't sleep well.

Liked: the location and cleanliness was outstanding. However, we were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed and the website did not indicate that when the reservation/confirmations/reminders etc were done. Also, the website states there is a restaurant in the hotel.... well, breakfast is only served till 10:00am, restaurant is only open for lunch Monday - Friday, and dinner closed early, even though it was a weekend. We had to go OUT to restaurants to eat instead. No credit, discount or consideration was given, that the pool/hot tub were closed. Very disappointing when you are traveling and unable to use pool/hot tub.
Disliked: The hotel website is misleading......

Liked: Very clean, friendly staff. Room was a good size, bed comfy and loved that it had directv!
