Disliked: I always like a complimentary breakfast which wasn't available. I am usually in a hurry.

A great stay! We booked the hotel wanting something close to the United Center for an event we were attending. Honestly, we were a little leery because the cost so was so reasonable and it was so close to the venue - we thought it was too good to be true, but we took a chance and ended up being extremely impressed. The hotel was very clean and the staff...unbelievable - they were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Loved the fact that there was a restaurant right downstairs; convenient and reasonable parking, and just a little over a mile from the United Center. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: It was a charge for breakfast…That was a first…Then had to pay for parking..never had to do with the Holiday Inn
Disliked: Paying for breakfast & parking…it didn’t have a vibe…more so spooky& the rooms & bathrooms were extra small
