A great stay! We booked the hotel wanting something close to the United Center for an event we were attending. Honestly, we were a little leery because the cost so was so reasonable and it was so close to the venue - we thought it was too good to be true, but we took a chance and ended up being extremely impressed. The hotel was very clean and the staff...unbelievable - they were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Loved the fact that there was a restaurant right downstairs; convenient and reasonable parking, and just a little over a mile from the United Center. Would definitely stay here again!

Great affordable hotel near Union...

Liked: We got to the city earlier than expected and the hotel allowed us to get our room a bit early which was really appreciated. Room looked clean and bed was comfortable. Price was also unbeatable.
Disliked: Bathroom was very small and it smelled a bit like wet socks. Also the shower water pressure was a bit low for my liking.
