Great location, good choice for...

Liked: The location was wonderful, street parking was easy. We were upgraded to a suite which worked out wonderful, our kids loved having their own space. They also loved the pool, there were plenty of towels available. Everything was very clean and staff was friendly. No complaints.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with...

Liked: The clean, spacious room and comfortable bed. We were greeted by some of the friendliest front desk workers. The beautiful mountain view from my room was priceless. Everything was so new and clean. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone!

Liked: The staff was awesome and very hospitable. the property was very clean, Its is walking distance to plenty of great attractions ,restaurants, bars, parks etc. They have EV CHARGERS onsite.
Disliked: my room was a little dated and my room was right near the indoor pool. So if you're there on the weekend, the kids running in the hall was VERY annoying. Ask for a room NOT on the 4th floor. the fireplace on the roof was broken

Disliked: Parking during my stay there was damage done to multiple cars by the valet folks. I was in line to get my car when the folks infront of and behind me where there to report damage.Pool was heated by not enough to be comfortable Breakfast was a disaster there is no notes anywhere you need to buy a voucher at the desk, I knew it wasn’t included but expected to pay at the restaurant but that’s not it so I had to go back to the desk to buy a voucher there was no one at the front desk so had to wait on themBreakfast was horrible and disgusting however the hotel can’t refund you for it you have to go back to the restaurant which closes when breakfast is done so you have to wait till lunch to talk to them. They say I’ll be refunded but I have not been yet.Breakfast staff was outside smoking when I came back with my voucher and locked themself outside so we’re banging on the window to be let in by me, while I was waiting to be seated. Toaster didn’t work burned the first time because it doesn’t pop up itself during try to to get the toaster to work it shocked me. Couldn’t find staff to talk about the concern. They take a deposit at arrival for incase you make damages, they said I’d get it back at check out, I’ve still not been refunded a day later the deposit was over half of what the stay cost so that was disappointing.The bathroom shower had mold around the drain, and around the shower head. So I never showered during my stay which was frustrating
