We had to leave early...

Liked: There was nothing special about the hotel.
Disliked: There were roaches all over the facility. There were roaches in our salad and roaches in our room. A raccoon tried to steal my bag from under my feet.

Liked: The staff in the lobby was friendly and nice.
Disliked: Housekeeping in our room was poor. No towel wash cloth and no soap in the room when we checked in. When asked the housekeeper to provide, she said she had to asked her supervisor and will get back to us. She never came back. Had to go to the lobby to get them before we turned in for the night. We still didn't have soap or a soap dispenser. We use a piece of soap we had from another hotel. Next day our room wasn't cleaned, trashed wasn't taken out of room. We were very disappointed in our stay.

Liked: Room was spacious. Clean. Front-desk clerk was friendly.
Disliked: Air wasn’t working to capacity. Room was warm. Staff at breakfast wasn’t friendly so we decided to eat elsewhere.
