Adequate, friendly, and convenient. Would...

Liked: Convenient location near freeway 99. The staff was friendly and the room was adequate.
Disliked: It seems to be an older building and could use some TLC. For example, the shower drained fine, but the toilet required multiple flushes to completely clear. Rooms don't have a mini fridge or microwave, which wasn't a personal issue.

Passable

Disliked: Two staff going over some things on computer and did not acknowledge me. They continued on for about 30-40 seconds without a word. The least they could do was to say that they would be right with me and I did tell them that. Please train your staff to provide better service. Thank you.

Poor

Disliked: We were on fourth floor and toilet was backing up. Called it to there attention and was told maintenance was off duty till 8a.m. We had to go down to lobby for toilet. :-(
