Our stay was perfect

Liked: Location was super close to Disneyland and directly on the shuttle route to Disneyland. Their breakfast was great for the price and facilities were super clean.

Disappointed hotel stay for Disneyland

Liked: Location was nice, beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There was old gum stuck in the carpet in a few places, tried making tea and the coffee maker was very dirty and would only put out dirty water. The "dove" in the bathroom was not Dove. And the bottles the soap was in looked very old. Plug in on the side table did not work.

Liked: Location was great. Hot tub was great. Food was pretty good. We got there late so I am glad they had a late night menu to grab some food from!
Disliked: The bathroom was really small.

Disliked: 1. My key/card was deactivated every single day of my 3 day stay, so I had to go to the reception (far from where I was) because there is no-one around, no number to call from the hallways.2. My towels were never changed. I understand that you don't do full housekeeping but I stayed 3 days and not 1 single day was my room done nor my towels changed.3. Every time that I went to the reception, morning or evening, there was always just 1 person there. The persons were friendly and helpful but the time wasted waiting, was a lot. They had 3 computers/stations that were just for display as there was never a second person around
