The lobby atmosphere was really nice, and the hotel decent. The bathroom floor was sticky, but otherwise the room seemed clean. The bed was comfortable.
Liked: The staff was very helpful; the business center is convenient and the complimentary shuttle is a great touch.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was sticky.

Liked: It looked nice.
Disliked: After the door lock to our room broke, they kept giving me a new key. By the time they figured out it was the door lock we were going to be late to the concert. We did not get to eat or shower first like we wanted. We could have been offered another room so we could shower, charge our phones, get new clothes etc... but instead they offered us a free drink.

Room was great. Staff were all friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

Liked: I thought everything was great, but the large unit used for air conditioning really made a great night less pleasant the following morning.
Disliked: The air conditioning system - how could this set up even seem like a good idea in the desert!
