Liked: Clean rooms and location for attending a concert.
Disliked: The air conditioning was out when we arrived and the elevators didn't work when we left.

It was a convenient place...

Liked: Your driver Janelle was excellent! Got us to dock for sailing and picked us up after our shipped docked later in the week. Very friendly and took us on a little side trip to Brickell and Little Havana then picked us up and got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight home.
Disliked: Two of the elevators were not working.

Liked: The guy that helped us with our bags was nice
Disliked: The system went down so checking was very unorganized. But my biggest concern was we had someone walk in our room with us. Because the system being down the front desk was very unorganized, so I assumed they didn't know what rooms they had already put people in. Have another person able to walk in the room with me made me feel very unsafe for the rest of the night.

I wouldn't recommend to stay...

Liked: I like that the hotel was close to where we wanted to be
Disliked: The rooms smelled like mold and cigarettes the beds were small and hard stains on the sheets and also had homeless people sleeping in front of the front door begging for food and money they made us wait 3 hours to check in and the room wasnt even clean

Disliked: Computer system was down. No disaster relief plan in place. Manual assignment of rooms took hours and multiple attempts. Room was already occupied and I had to go back down to hotel lobby multiple times.
