Disliked: Needed to update the lobby and rooms. Restaurant food should be upgraded a bit. Old carpet in hallways needed to be replaced with vinyl flooring

Liked: The location was excellent. Being one block away from Bourbon Street afforded me all the privileges without all of the noise and overcrowding. The location was great- everything I needed was within walking distance. I was able to easily walk to Bourbon Street, Cemetery #1, street car, and all other key attractions.
Disliked: Price on last day of my stay was extremely inflated because of it being the weekend and first day of Mardi Gras parades.

Disliked: But our room was filthy.. tons of hair and stains in the bed.. dirty floors.. dirty towels.. the staff was so nice tho I felt bad complaining
