Liked: Clean and comfortable; staff was helpful; good location was also a plus.

My sister and I had a very good experience and will always return. The combination of a comfortable clean room, friendly efficient staff, and great location was perfect. Thanks for making our stay very comfortable.

Great location...a few issues to...

Liked: The hotel is in walking distance of everything in the French quarter, and getting the car was easy to access from the valet and we could get to everything else. Staff was congenial and helpful.
Disliked: Only one ice-maker worked, so getting ice was a little inconvenient. Bathroom was without ventilation and the sliding door was difficult to open. Restaurant is coming soon.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. Great location. Deja Vu on the corner has excellent breakfast. Rooms are a bid worn.

Liked: the location was perfect- close enough to everything we wanted to do
Disliked: you could hear everything from the rooms above and beside ours

Liked: Great location and nice rooms. Great concierge staff and valet parking staff. Valet parking was great.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were placed in the room right next to the lifts. All night and early morning you could hear the lifts going up and down. Luckily I can sleep through most things but it was annoying when in the room. Concierge and valet parking staff were awesome, same could not be said about reception staff.
