Horrendous, best part was the...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Staff were unhelpful, no soap, shampoo or shower gel! staff said there was none available.Breakfast was poor, moved to the Hyatt Regency the next night breakfast was $2 more but what a world of difference.Would recommend the Hyatt over Holiday Inn anytime

Disappointed with my stay. I...

Liked: Near basic restaurants.
Disliked: Room and bathroom not clear. The pool was green and unable to be used. The carpet la in the hallway were dirty. The hallways and elevator were warm. The elevator was not clean.
