Disappointing Stay Despite Convenient Location...

Liked: During my recent stay at the hotel, I found its proximity to Diegem station quite convenient, facilitating easy access to transportation. The staff were courteous and attentive, and the on-site gym was well-equipped, catering to fitness enthusiasts.Essentially, while the hotel's location and staff are commendable, the deficiencies in room comfort, cleanliness, and dining quality, coupled with an unjustifiably high price, detract from the overall experience
Disliked: Several aspects of my stay were disappointing. The room was uncomfortably cold and inadequately lit, affecting overall comfort. I noticed significant dust accumulation along the room's edges, necessitating an additional cleaning request. Moreover, the quality of food in the restaurant has declined over the past month, falling short of expectations. Considering these issues, I felt that the cost of the stay was disproportionately high relative to the actual value and amenities provided by the establishment.
