Liked: It was clean and comfortable. They carry Dove products and those are a nice amenity.
Disliked: I was under the impression that there was free breakfast. As a family with two teenage boys, we count on that.

Liked: It was clean and the bar/restaurant was nice.
Disliked: We had to call multiple times for certain things. Our coffee maker didn’t work so after 45 minutes they brought another one (after saying we could just come down to the lobby to get coffee) and that one was moldy on the inside. We paid extra to get the breakfast and when we went down they said we needed reservations but we had to be at a soccer game in an hour. We had not been told that we needed reservations when we checked in. I figured it was just a buffet.We also called down to get some milk for our son and after 40 minutes it still had not come so I called again and then it finally came up.

Liked: Breakfast was good, We used the $15 coupon provider at check in for the attached restaurant. We were not told that if we checked out, to validate the Coupon we had to be checked back in. All customers should be told this.
