Liked: Room and staff were nice
Disliked: Being double billed. Once by you guys, Booking .com.... Billed on my son's credit card. Once by the hotel itself, on my credit card.

Disliked: It is a bit confusing, that you need to request a coupon from the front desk to get the breakfast you paid for. Why would they not be included with the room key?

Overcharged, booked via booking.com and...

Disliked: I was double charged for is stay, once via booking.com and once upon check-in although the desk clerk asked me for my credit card for incidentals. Upon check out I see I was re-charged again for the full price of the stay. I have been charged twice and neither Booking.com or the location seem to be able to explain why.
