I would avoide Kamloops altogether,...

Liked: Our waitress was lovely and very helpful. Room was clean
Disliked: There was no atmosphere in the eating area, each table seemed to be boxed in. Our waitress was lovely and very helpful

Slow to refund - not...

Disliked: Beware the slow refund of your room deposit! Booking.com says you should expect it back “when checking out” however this hotel held our $150 for 3 days. When we messaged they replied to say they would usually take 3-5 business days. That is NOT what was on the booking.com info when we booked!

Quality was as good as...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful from the restaurant to the front desk and cleaning. The room and beds were extremely comfortable, best sleep in a hotel I have ever had.
Disliked: The area was in an older part of town but still felt safe
