Slow to refund - not...

Disliked: Beware the slow refund of your room deposit! Booking.com says you should expect it back “when checking out” however this hotel held our $150 for 3 days. When we messaged they replied to say they would usually take 3-5 business days. That is NOT what was on the booking.com info when we booked!

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful from the restaurant to the front desk and cleaning. The room and beds were extremely comfortable, best sleep in a hotel I have ever had.
Disliked: The area was in an older part of town but still felt safe

Liked: Early morning staff (front desk and shuttle driver) were so helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Bedding and mattress were amazing. All was super clean. Coffee and Earl Grey pods were a perfect touch for us! Shuttle service to the airport was quick and easy. Made our early morning departure a breeze.
Disliked: continental breakfast or fruit and muffin at 5 am would have been nice. Rate was somewhat high for stopover.
