Miserable un-restful experience, Holiday Inn...

Liked: Bar and restaurant staff and offering
Disliked: Cold room despite warm radiator, due to large unclosable vent gap at the top of the window which also let on traffic noise from the adjacent M40. Nobody available at front desk to check me out at 9:00am, had to cajole a manager into doing it so I could go to work. He said he’d email me a copy invoice with 20% discount for the above shortcomings but it never arrived so no idea if this was applied.

Very Disappointed at the cost

Liked: Location, which is why I chose itEV charge point in car park
Disliked: Room had no water to drink / clean teeth etc.Refrigerator was locked with no instructions on how to use it.Bathroom was tired, doorframe rotten at bottom, paint flaking.Bed needed Premier Inn mattress.Breakfast was mediocre, low quality ingredients.Used ‘key drop’ checkout but have not had the courtesy of an emailed final charge invoice.

Convenient for a one night...

Liked: The room was quiet and easy to access.
Disliked: The duvet on the bed was too thick and heavy, making it very hot in bed and difficult to sleep. Would have been nice to have some biscuits with the coffee and tea.

Welcoming, lovely room , clean

Liked: Lovey reception staff. Good facilities
Disliked: House keeping were a bit lecturing about the fact I didn't put the card outside the room
