Good hotel spoilt by selfish...

Liked: Welcoming reception staff. Pleasant decor in communal areas & bedrooms. Clean comfortable & large room. Plenty of larking. Good breakfast selection well maintained
Disliked: Large gap under bedroom door - so unlikely to meet fire regulations????Very noisy guests ( not the hotels fault) 2 hours of screaming children aged about 7 running around with no parental supervision in the morning & girls about 20 making at lot of noise in corridor from 01.15 to 02.15. Nightmare literally!

Liked: I loved how welcoming it was and how accessible it was to the town centre.
Disliked: Everything was in order no complaints, I'll be back again without doubt.

Parking provider is a nightmare

Liked: Loved the facilities very clean and tidy with helpful staff
Disliked: I have been hounded with parking fines for every time our cars left and arrived on site. I paid for the weekend parking g on 2 cars on arrival and entered reg details into the machine as required. This did not stop parking fines being sent out x5 for a 2 day stay at £100 each. Talk about out to make money. I have appealed the tickets and still not received confirmation of receipt or a response to my appeal! Holiday Inn I suggest you reconsider your parking provider.
