Liked: It was perfectly located near Warner Brother Studios ,everyone was very friendly and very helpful our rooms were just what we asked for ,clean and warm. Breakfast was very good and the staff serving were all lovely we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and recommend the hotel to others.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like it was all great

Liked: Lady at front desk was lovely as was the restaurant manager.
Disliked: I told my server I didn’t want peas on my meal when it came with peas she basically called me a liar and said I didn’t tell her. She didn’t take my food away instead brought me a tiny (butter dish) bowl of beans. My entire meal was swimming in the water the peas had been in and was not nice. I was however offered a refund of my meal by the manager who was very lovely.

Great location, good size rooms...

Liked: Nice reception with easy parking and friendly staff. Room was big and clean with nice bathroom.Very nice evening meal, with free kids food a bonus.
Disliked: The pool area and changing rooms were very dirty, there was no member of staff at the desk when we arrived so we had to help our to towels. Later a member of staff asked us to get out of the pool at 7.30pm as the pool was closing. It took another guest to point out that the pool should be open until 8.30pm not 7.30pm and we were all allowed back in. Very chaotic and not well managed.

Liked: The room was cosy, good breakfast, and the location was good
Disliked: Swimming pool is 1m deep and kids were not allowed in the sauna. Therefore my 2 kids had a bad time, not having the opportunity to enjoy the pool.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful during check in. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Check out was quite. straightforward.
Disliked: There was nothing to complain about. Everything was as one would expect in a Hilton hotel.

Relaxed, fun and stress free.

Liked: Very clean, staff were really helpful and pleasant. Also excellent that we could have adjoining rooms for our family.
Disliked: Nothing, can’t fault it.
