Liked: Cleanliness of hotel. Helpful staff on check in.
Disliked: Carpet in the room needs replacing, in bad condition especially by radiator.Also my check experience isn’t great. Last year when I stayed there was an issue with car parking fee. This time I got questioned about my bill being paid, even though I paid on arrival. Lunch time today I checked my credit to find I had two amounts pending one for £176 & £126. You will hear from in due course if both amounts are taken.

HP stay over

Liked: After a very hectic day at Harry Potter Warner Studios, the hotel was only a very short drive, max 10mins.The staff was extremely professional & polite. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal. Coming from Manchester, the prices were higher than back home but the quality was excellent. We also had breakfast, the range of items were spectacular. There was the usual cooked breakfast, cereals, continental breakfast, fruit, yogurt, porridge......the list was endless

Lovely staff, disappointing leisure facilities

Liked: The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well presented. The breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. The only disappointment was the health facilities. The changing rooms were grubby, not with dirt but not being upkept...rust, limescale, dirty grout preferred not to have a shower as looked awful. The swimming pool area the same. Paint peeling off all the walls, the jacuzzi was cloudy dirty water that was foaming with dirt all in the bottom so clearly hadn't been looked after. The pool had so much chlorine in you could smell it down the hallway...all left very red eyed. Such a disappointment after everything else was lovely.

Liked: The staff were very polite & happy. As we was travelling with a baby they made sure we where staying in a room close to the reception, restaurant & the exit, which was so much easier.
