Liked: The staff was wonderful and helpful.
Disliked: The mattress in couch was dirty, thin and very uncomfortable. The only positive was the bedding was very good. Did not get a good night's sleep for value.

Disliked: I really like staying at this Hotel and I understand some things are not under their control. We knew that the hot tub and other things were under construction but the boiler they said broke the day before or the morning of the day we got there so we had no pool. The cleanliness could have been better. The staff was wonderful and helped us with whatever we needed.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was nice and fun!
Disliked: The room was in need of repair.Shower head wouldn’t stay up to take a proper shower and ceiling was half painted.
