Disappointed

Liked: Yes, it was right off of the turnpike so easily accessible. The rooms were clean & organized. The little arcade games entertained our kids. The accessibility of having a restaurant in the hotel was nice & the egg rolls were delicious.
Disliked: The pool was closed our entire stay & the staff said that the pump piece often breaks because it is so dated &takes a long time to get parts when it breaks. Which angered me that we weren't told it was broken because I had called that morning before we checked in to find out the pool hours & weren't told it was broken until we got there & there was a sign. Then the bathrooms in your room are very tricky to operate. You have to really pull the handle to get the water to turn on. Like it feels like you are going to break it (that's how hard you have to pull). The water goes from freezing to scalding at justa tap, very little margin for warm. The door on the 2nd floor elevator makes a slamming noise over & over again when the elevator is idling on the second floor. It was very loud at night. I was nervous to ride it at first. It definitely wasn't a "cheap" hotel so I was definitely disappointed by how much the bad outweighed the good.

Horrible. We will never stay...

Liked: We really didn't like anything about the Hotel which was very disappointing because we stay at Holiday Inns and Holiday Inn Express frequently all over the country.
Disliked: It was very difficult to find - address on Confirmation was different than actual address - Middletown not "Harrisburg East" for GPS. SOOOO outdated. Bed hard and lumpy; Furniture ripped and "stuffing" falling out of footstool; Deadbolt couldn't be used because actual room door had wood missing around edge of door. Bathroom sink wasn't in the bathroom which seemed very odd. Remote for TV didn't work and when replaced it still didn't work for volume or channel selection. When Hotel was called for directions and then again from room for Remote replacement we were put "on hold" without being told so it seemed both times we were disconnected. ???

Liked: Location, front desk.
Disliked: Pool was cold, cleanse not the best . Out of the blue an employee entered our room because another one close by was locked, totally disrespectful. The restaurant of the hotel is terrible.

Liked: Location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds/pillows.
Disliked: A little date and worn. Shower curtain was placed too high and far away from the tub to keep it inside the tub so the entire floor was soaked

Disliked: The whole facility needs to be updated. The price for breakfast was to much for the little that was offered.
