Good short business trip stay

Modern, efficient and clean. Value...

Liked: Checkin was fast and efficient, the room was clean and very well presented. Service in the restaurant was timely and the staff were friendly. We had originally booked Radisson Blu who tried to make us pay €50 extra for an extra bed, despite promising four beds at the time of booking. By contrast Holiday Inn was much nicer to deal with and came through on their agreement without issue and for less money than Raddison.
Disliked: One pillow was a little lumpy but this was easily sorted with a swap.

Liked: A breakfast was delicious, everyone could choose what they liked , room was very clean and nice , location suitable for my requirements
Disliked: one person at reception was very helpful another one was served indifferently.

Didn’t get to sleep all...

Disliked: Had not a good night sleep as there was something above our room that kept cutting in and out all night we were on floor 11

Liked: Decent food, clean modern rooms. Good transport connections via the S-Bahn to airport and city. I would stay there again.
Disliked: Sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable.

Overpriced and uncomfortable.

Liked: Good breakfast with many options, but tea and coffee was with very poor quality.
Disliked: Uncomfortable beds.High prices for a regular stay.Poor quality coffee and tea.Expensive parking.
