Value for money in Guildford

Liked: Locations and spa
Disliked: Somehow there must have been a misunderstanding at arrival. I was not charged for parking, booked online and then got a fine. If someone could contact me about this would be great as I have a receipt

Nice hotel but needs enhancements

Liked: The hotel is lovely, the staff were very professional, and the room was very spacious and practical
Disliked: The A3 is too noisy at night. The hotel needs better noise insulation. Also it was super cold at night. The hotel must provide another duvet. Lastly the bath was a bit old. More like 3 star hotel on the bathroom side of things

Liked: It was well laid out and had a nice feeling.Camille on the Reception desk was possibly the best Receptionist I have encountered.

Liked: Lovely welcoming entrance Room was clean and a lovely bedVery comfortable and peaceful night
Disliked: I was peckish around 2.30am and on the hotel information it says 24hr room service. I tried calling from my room but no answer. I went to reception to request some food but the member of staff wasn't very pleased to assist. I ended up with a packet of Crisps but the menu has a selection of food served 24hrs a day. The staff member was not helpful

Liked: All staff professional & friendly - alert & on task at all times. Large, bright room. Large TV. Very clean. Immediately able to access coffee and snack in bright, clean, modern surroundings near reception. Breakfast choices - excellent and very good service. Able to provide small, forgotten pieces quickly. Close to the Royal County Hospital to visit a friend having unexpected, emergency operation. Access to taxis. Could reach GFWatts Gallery by taxi for quick visit.
Disliked: The room was modern, perhaps the bath/shower in the modern bathroom, were a little old.
