Lovely hotel

Liked: Really nice hotel - lovely bar area with a sunny terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. We liked it so much we extended our stay! Great location for visiting hospital (about 12 min walk). Don't know if u would walk to Guildford from here but next to the Sports Park and near hospital.

Lacking in quality- didn’t reflect...

Liked: Great customer service. Overall fair stay. The standard of wear and tear in the room were clear to see. Shower head and sealant looking well used, marks on back of doors, crack in sink, marks on the carpet area. But the communal areas ( lounges and seating area and restaurant) were more modern.

Liked: Room
Disliked: Car parking should have been included in the price. I only knew about the cost which was advised as £5 but actually cost £8. This is unreasonable for a hotel with their own parking. Even Travel Lodge include the parking for free!

Liked: The room are a little run down and could do with updating to blend in with lovely decor on arrival to the reception and bar area. And too many rooms with inter connecting doors in the rooms.
