Reception staff quite slow to...

Liked: Clean and swimming pool. Bar & restaurant staff and food .
Disliked: Reception staff.

Fantastic value for money

Liked: Hotel was lovely, room was spacious, all the staff members were friendly, polite and provided a quick service. Food was beautiful, very tasty and good for the money
Disliked: The only small thing is the tv in the room was quiet, not really bad but if you’re hard of hearing can be slightly annoying but that was the only small negative thing and there is always subtitles you can use!

Parking charges are a joke....

Liked: I arrived and was told that the parking isn’t free and that I would have to pay £5. Which I did but at no time was I made aware that it’s £5 per day and that for an overnight stay I would have to pay another £5. Consequently I have just received a parking fine for my stay. I arrived at 4:30pm & left at 9:30am. A total RIP off. Come on holiday Inn sort it out and if you can’t please make sure your guests are told explicitly that the cost is per day and not per 24hr!!. Extremely dissapointed.

Better that expected.

Liked: Having only used the hotel as a bed for the night and didn't use any of the facilities available. We dropped off our bags earlier in the morning and didn't return till 10.00pm. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked in and directed us to our room.The room was spacious with everything we needed. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was very good. We had an excellent night's sleep.Once again greeted by friendly and smart staff at our check out.All in all an excellent experience and we would stay again.
