Overall, it was a nice...

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: For a seven day stay, I only received two towels, two washcloths and two hand towels.AC was off in the room. Sure it was hot when I first got there. The staff there seemed like they was more interested in their personal lives than any of your needs. There was always outside smoking and talking on their phones or inside sitting at a table with each other . Seems to be talking about their own business.Every time you walked by them it was almost like they was looking down on you. There was one Lady that was very very nice. Unfortunately I did not get her name.

Liked: Location was convenient to pretty much everything. I liked there was two sets of pillows for soft & firm. Beds are a little firm. Overall our stay was good & we would stay again.
Disliked: The hotel bar/diner wasn't open

Disliked: My reservation was not honored. There was no power, the staff was curt and it was frustrating navigating this situation. My refund is pending.

Wet and difficult

Liked: Friendly staffQuickly followed up on request for a handicapped elderly spouse through Booking.com. I requested a room close to elevator and with a handicap bathroom.
Disliked: There is NO covered entrance to unload belongings. It was POURING down rain when we arrived and left. We were soaked both times. Being elderly, it was a fall risk.
