Liked: Room was clean and comfy. Staff friendly and inviting. We were on the first floor and heard little to no traffic which was perfect for us!
Disliked: Pillows were not as firm as I would have preferred. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Liked: Overall, the room was nice. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The refrigerator needed to be colder, there was loose hair on towels and on the floor of tub, and I was expecting grits on breakfast menu.

Liked: We were very enjoying everything you have. It does over what we expected. Thank you for your hard work. We will definitely come back if we have chance to come this city again.
Disliked: Only one thing if you have a mat in the shower bathtub would be better. We had to put towel down to avoid the fall. Actually my husband did fall in first night because of slippery.
