Liked: • The proximity to First Horizon Coliseum was great.• Room was spacious.• Bottles of toiletries in the shower and by the bathroom sink.• Temperature of room was comfortable throughout stay.
Disliked: • The linens smelled chemically. • The bathroom door had a lot of flaking paint on the back of it. • No USB ports to charge electronics. • Bed too firm. • My key card did not work on the back entrance so I had to wait in the cold until someone from the front desk came to open the door. • For the price of the room I would have expected breakfast to be included since the price of the room was >$150-$180+/night. There was a $16.99 charge for that, which I did not purchase.• Lack of microwave
