Excellent hospitality
Liked: The facility was really clean. They offered a really nice breakfast for five dollars. The pool area was really nice. The room was spotless clean

Very disappointed in the lack...
Disliked: My initial attraction to the property was the highly recommended kids swimming pool/play area for toddlers and families. After a suspicious situation upon arrival, four cop vehicles, twenty or so kids outside and no attendant at the front desk- we should’ve left and found another hotel to stay at. When the staff returned after dealing with the police, we were assured it was just a room party trying to happen and nothing suspicious would continue on. Being assured nothing was going on and being moved away from the room- made us at ease. We went to our upgraded* room only to discover an unclean toilet, part of a table edging that was broken, two mini fridges in the room (only to discover one was broken and the other was unplugged), because of the late hour we let the front desk know and they said they would let their manager know and he would make the necessary accommodations and refund for the troubles. After breakfast the following day, which had low quality food, we decided to checkout the pool area to show our kiddos. I’m so glad we did because that was when we decided to go elsewhere. The pool was very dirty, unclean, and unkept. After showing the pictures to the front desk employee, I was told that the pictures were old pictures someone else took and that “the pool is much better now.” After informing him that I personally took the photos two minutes before talking with him, he then said the pictures had a “bad shadow and the dirt and stains on the pool floor were just faded areas.” I told him we would be leaving and asked to checkout early. Without a fight, he only charged us for the one night and didn’t apologize for anything. To be recommended this hotel to only show up and have it be absolutely filthy, was a disappointment. I wish the front desk attendant would’ve been more apologetic instead of defensive- as that would’ve helped the situation.
