Will not stay again! Please...

Liked: I liked the pictures online
Disliked: We came specifically for the mini waterpark and no where on the hotels website said the slide and mini pool were closed and taped off. Breakfast was cold and I had to ask multiple times for more orange juice, silverware and water. The food was cold

Easy short enjoyable

Liked: Customer service the attendant was amazing fixed my problems right away to get us in our room
Disliked: Wasn't notified til we got there that the water park part was down

Weekend getaway

Liked: Hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Stayed with friends and kids. Staff accommodated every need we had. Kiddie pool was not open, but we all had a blast swimming in the other pool and hot tub. Will definitely be back.
Disliked: Breakfast was delicious, but there weren't enough plates, cups, napkins, or bowls. We had to constantly ask the front desk for items.

Liked: The beds were so comfortable! The grandbabies loved the pool area and the free breakfast

Disappointed

Disliked: The pool looked dirty, the pictures online certainly didn’t look the same when we got there very disappointing. Also certain areas of the hotel had a smell. But employees were great.

Liked: The room and hotel itself was clean overall
Disliked: The hotel doesn't take cash to pay for a stay, the pool was murky as if it were dirty, the kiddie pool area was under construction and nothing was said until you got to the hotel and read a posted sign in the lobby, the toilet in the bathroom kept running and not flushing properly and my boyfriend had to fix it himself, the breakfast runs 6am-10am and at 7:30am there was just scraps. Spoonful worth of hard potatoes, dry eggs, 4 sausage patties and 4 biscuits were left, no bacon except crumbs, there was cereal but no milk, no juice, there was paper bowls but no silverware or plates. The hotel charges an additional $100 on top of your room price incase of any damage, but they will ALSO charge an additional $250 if there is damage. I probably will not be staying here again unless things are fixed
