Liked: There was no breakfast included with my stay. I will be letting my company know not to use holiday inn anymore for their business travels.
Disliked: There was no drinking water provided in the room. No information for wifi. No bathrobes were provided. No toothpaste or q-tips. No breakfast was included with my stay. Typically a traveler does not pack these things and relies on the hotel to provide these. Especially when the hotel is so expensive as holiday inn. I did not get value for what i paid for that stay.

Liked: I arrived late and the young lady that was working was extremely nice and helpful and understanding my lateness. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Had to get used to plugging the card into a box to turn on the lights

Liked: Everything! You know the bedding is clean when you can smell the detergent used. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and a good size portion! Location is right off the highway.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say about this establishment.

Liked: When I paid ahead for breakfast in a resturant I expected more. It was not that good.
Disliked: I was there 3 nights. the last night when I got to my room it had not been cleaned. Bed not made, dirty towels still there.

Liked: Nice hotel, but very cold aesthetically. The queen room was large with a huge amount of walking area.
Disliked: The staff. Checking in, I was told they could not print a receipt until I checked out. My special needs brother went down for breakfast, and when he asked a staff member about complimentary breakfast, she simply shook her head no. When I checked out a short time later, I asked about breakfast as it was my understanding with Booking.com reservation, it was included. She then asked my room number and said, "Yes, breakfast is complimentary." However, she never asked my brother anything about his room number or his last name. Simply shook her head no. My brother is autistic and struggles socially, and the girl simply shaking her head no, he retreated to our room. Also, upon checking out, I requested to pay in cash instead of using the card I reserved our room with, the girl simply stated it was too early in the morning and too complicated and declined my request to pay in cash. Thumbs down for front staff. The cleaning ladies had better manners and were polite!!
