Disliked: Read we were to get breakfast vouchers but that was not the case.Rm 231, bathroom may have a leaky toilet gasket. If door remains closed when you enter, smells like sewage. Also the shower doors would not open nor close all the way. If I tugged one would come off track.Consider installing a hot tub for adults

Liked: There was no breakfast included with my stay. I will be letting my company know not to use holiday inn anymore for their business travels.
Disliked: There was no drinking water provided in the room. No information for wifi. No bathrobes were provided. No toothpaste or q-tips. No breakfast was included with my stay. Typically a traveler does not pack these things and relies on the hotel to provide these. Especially when the hotel is so expensive as holiday inn. I did not get value for what i paid for that stay.
