Liked: Very friendly staff; clean room; close to the skywalk! I love the city of Grand Rapids - it has a lot to offer!

Liked: Great beds and pillows; very clean; very nice staff; loved the welcome call from the front desk and located near everything. Very happy!
Disliked: No refrigerator in room and light switch for bathroom was just inside the main room door, not inside bathroom.

We went to the Mega 80's show at the Intersection and this was a perfect place to stay - reasonably priced room and close to downtown.

Liked: Rooms very small, bathroom super small, odd set up for light switches and sink Rooms very dark. Comfy bed, no complimentary coffee besides coffee maker in the room which I don’t trust the cleanliness of. Seen many disgusting ones in my time.

Won’t be back

Liked: Complicated, long check in with forms we’ve never seen (even though we booked over the phone after being unable to change our other reservation because it was “third party booked”, so I lost $170 I cannot have refunded), the receptionist (who we believe was new) wasn’t able” to give us room keys, the room was dirty and smelled terrible. The following morning the cleaning crew was right outside the door at 9:30 with the vacuum, speaking loudly, etc. I made a cup of coffee to go while waiting for our Uber at 10:30am and the coffee was ice cold.
