The room was very nice and the bed was so amazingly soft, I thought I'd never be able to get up and leave it.
Liked: Very nice room and the bed was amazingly soft.
Disliked: The pool was really small and they don't have a hot tub.

We will definitely be staying again soon.
Liked: The room was perfect for the two of us - comfy bed, hot shower. Definitely enjoyed the room after our date.
Disliked: The info about the room was a little off, but nothing too drastic - no microwave and it was a little further from the venue, but not too far.

10/10 will stay again when...
Liked: Very friendly staff, clean room and the hallways smelled really good too. The location was awesome since I was here to see a concert downtown and it was only a 15 minute drive.
Disliked: The refrigerator wasn’t working properly, but when I told the staff member he was really reassuring that he’d have it looked at. The shower head was awesome pressure but definitely had some water staining which is expected but still kind of gross.

Liked: Convenience to the airport
Disliked: We had a horrific experience with a person working the front desk. She overcharged us $300, then yelled at us and told us “this is how hotels work.” The GM found a resolution but this was extremely unprofessional.

Excellent value!
Liked: Close to the airport, good size rooms, VERY CLEAN.
Disliked: The pool was closed for no specific reason and was one of the reasons I booked it. Also I would have liked a few more towels.

Disappointing
Liked: Staff super nice. Mostly very comfortable, but no microwave? Not acceptable for this price range hotel.
Disliked: We didn't have a microwave which is unacceptable for the price we paid for a room. I was required to go down multiple hallways, in front of banquet rooms and use the microwave in the little store by front desk. This means when I wanted to heat water before bed to drink, I had to get dressed. Really? And I know my daughter's swim team had microwave's in their room. We had an accessible king room...is that why their isn't a microwave...I think the manager should figure this out and put them in every room regardless whether it is for disabled or not.
