Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: Asked the evening before checking out if breakfast had been paid for and was told it was, to find out out that I had to pay on checking out. I explained this and no apology was given, everything else was good just poor staff behind the reception.Fire alarm went off at 0030, nothing explained.

Liked: Nice equipped clean room, unfortunately there was a fire alarm at 1am so everyone out in the car park until sorted

Liked: Location and hotel was clean and tidy.
Disliked: Food and drink prices are very excessive, only 1 ev charging point, fire alarm going off at 1am.

Not too far from home.

Liked: We've stayed 4 times. The staff are very friendly. It's easy to get to Gloucester, Cirencester, Stow-on-the-Wold, Malmesbury and Chippenham from there. It's only about 1 1/2 hours drive from our home.
Disliked: We asked about a month ago (when we'd booked) to stay in the same room as last time, and we were assured that we could, but when we arrived, the room had been given to someone else. Also, there are not many good options for vegans on the menu. Meals are quite expensive.
