Fab location with a good...

Liked: All the staff were super friendly, happy and approachable. Restaurant had a great atmosphere and the food was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was great, all hot and fresh food, plus a selection of cereals, pastries, yoghurts fruit etcDove products in bathroom was a nice touch
Disliked: The room we had was small and not much room to move as it had a pull up bed out. The double bed was really uncomfortable and hard. Bathroom was tiny and had the smallest bath I’d ever seen inside. Perfect size for my little girl though! There was a few marks on bathroom and stray hair.

It was a very nice...

Liked: Breakfast and location of hotel. Breakfast was really nice with lots of food choices, and location is really central so vast majority of sightseeing can be done by walking!

Our usual place to stay...

Liked: Right across from the Royal Concert Hall, and the car park if we have come in the car. Central too. Very comfortable beds.
Disliked: Breakfast was great but could have been a lot hotter.
