Liked: The location was ideal as right next to airport
Disliked: The room was tiny, the room was very tired,grouting in bath was old mess and needed refreshing,the toilet roll holder was rusty and the leather on chair at desk was so old n cracked it had called off chair

Liked: Good but no grapefruit or mixed fruit - pastries too small ,- eggs left under hot lights makes them rubbery need to be cooked fresh - no omelette option. No marmalade.
Disliked: Overall very good but I was the one helping the two disabled people - your staff didn't assist . IE one in a chair and the other blind. The guy in the chair had to move his dining chair out of the way on his own - no one assisted. Hot drinks I carried them to the table - equally they were paraolympians so very much switched on but a little awareness and thought from one of the staff should have been there for them I have had training with such people it isn't hard it's just going about being switched on - they were competing locally as we had a great conversation with them
