Disliked: Bad service

Coffee and food.

Liked: I loved the fact i had body wash and shampoo and conditioner in the room already and it was not the mini bottles. I also loved that they had a buffet breakfast on the weekends. Their staff is great and very helpful.
Disliked: There was an issue with the coffee that was offered downstair by the restaurant and when I asked for lids I was told there was none even though we had just seen a bunch of lids when we were eating at the restaurant. But the other attendant got mad at the person helping us and started to argue with him. The other attendant was mad because she said there should be a fylly stocked coffee place since theres no other place open within the hotel for guests. I agree because when the restaurant is closed and you want coffee where else can one get it except in the room and if your in the last floor and waiting to get picked up its far to come back downstairs. Also the one thing i did not like the Monday to Friday ala carte at the restaurant breakfast, because it took way too long to get our food. We couldnt even get our own coffee because there was none out for guests to prepare their own while waiting on the food. I was dissapointed on that.
