My stay was great

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of fresh fruit, cage free eggs, coffee, juice. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure was great. TV was very big and picture was great.
Disliked: Could have been cleaner.

Liked: Great hotel right off the highway exit. Not far is a Marshalls & Ross if you need to buy some things for your trip. The hotel was nice, comfy beds, easy check it, nice staff, good bathroom, T.V. with a good selection. Breakfast was filling.
Disliked: Nothing, I enjoyed my stay A LOT.

Liked: If I knew there was an Indian convention going on I wouldn’t have stayed. The parking was insane. I have a 9 month old baby and having to carry him from way across the parking lot along with our dog and stuff because there was so many people not even staying there. The lobbby was completely packed even after 11 pm it was a maze trying to get to the elevators. They were dirty and rude. The staff was amazing and cleaned very quickly that morning after the convention they deserve an applause for that they had the carpets steamed cleaned and all by 10 am they were so friendly and helpful and the room was great. We also had a birthday party going on on our floor and the kids were screaming and running through the hallway past our door on the luggage carts. Then 3 am the neighbor decides to open and close the doors up against our bed on the other side of the wall for over an hour. I was just very disappointed in the fact that they had the convention going on we didn’t get the room we had originally booked we got a king bed and had to settle for 2 full beds. It wasn’t a bad hotel and any other time I’m sure it would have been great but the guests and the accommodations were terrible. Guests need to be better guests seriously and there need to be more measures taken to ensure that they are.

Liked: Clean and comfortable, rooms look recently renovated. Close enough to the National Park that commuting daily was not an issue.
