Liked: The property is convenient for work and it is always clean
Disliked: I checked in at 4:00pm. My room didn’t have a working TV and it also didn’t have a coffee maker even though there were coffee pods and cups. I reported the TV to the front desk and was told it would be looked at momentarily. At 7:00pm I hadn’t heard anything and checked with the front desk again and was told the maintenance man didn’t answer the call. I asked if something could be done but was told, it will get looked at in the morning. I checked with the front desk the following morning at 11:00am and they had no record of the concern. I was suggested to just change rooms and I agreed. The next room did have a functioning TV and had a coffee maker but it didn’t work. I didn’t report the coffee maker not working in the 2nd room due to it being my last night.
