I don't intend to return...
Disliked: 1. They set up the room for one person not two as it was requested. Even after pointing that out to the staff, no measures were taken to prepare thr room for two.2. extremely difficult to park nearby, Especially on weekends.3. The city center has been overtaken by homeless and drug addicted people. Cannot walk on the streets at night.

Liked: front desk staff are very helpful
Disliked: Room is too small for two and the twin bed were too smallNo small fridge in the room .water leak out of shower area to the floor..two of us reg in the room but only one bottle of water everyday. The name appear on the TV was someone else until the night before we checked out.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, room always cleaned to a good standard.
Disliked: Charged €8.50 for a bottle of water.

Hotel was not bad but...
Liked: The only thing I liked is the buffet breakfast was pretty good and they operate till 11am during weekends.
Disliked: -there's no mini fridge in the room -bathroom amenities which can be requested from the front desk were mostly unavailable, except for shower caps and slippers. -the complimentary bottle water is only sparkling water, you'll have to request for a change to still water from the front desk.-the kettle in the room was dirty inside!! -TV channels are extremely limited, there's only English language News channels, one of the most boring listings I've encountered for my Europe trip.-the hair dryer handle gets hot easily, not exactly a good quality one. There's a note on the wall indicating guests can call to request for a better hair dryer, I didn't try asking.-the doorway light flickers once every minute, not a major issue for me though.-for some reasons, Uber cannot pick up passengers at the hotel entrance, the location cannot be set, but drop off seems to be fine though.
