My friends and I stayed after a concert at Piere's and would definitely stay again. It's nothing super fancy, but the room was very clean and the staff was friendly. We all LOVED the pillows!

Liked: Nothing when I got to the hotel after working all day 12 hour shift. I come to check in and the manager told me he had bad news. They booked my room to someone else! They said my card was declined and there was a pending charge for the amount of the room. They held almost 500$ for one week. Absolute unprofessionally handled!!! The manager should be fired! Poor attitude and could have at least called me to say my room wasn’t going to be available!!! Thanks holiday inn!!!

Liked: Everything was nice and clean, staff was friendly had an indoor pool and hot tub
Disliked: Hot tub wasn’t very hot and pool was rather chilly but our daughter didn’t mind. The carpet throughout looks like it is nearing the end of its life but the everything was clean

Disliked: The room was mediocre in being clean, pool area was super moldy, there was no way to connect to Netflix as the TVs were not updated smart TVs, and no breakfast unless you paid to eat in their restaurant.
