My friends and I stayed after a concert at Piere's and would definitely stay again. It's nothing super fancy, but the room was very clean and the staff was friendly. We all LOVED the pillows!

Liked: Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Slow elevators.

Little pricey but clean

Liked: Booked on line for a king room. Confirmation given on reservation. Got there and the clerk couldn’t find any king rooms available but found alternate reservation. The hair dryer would not work. I tried 10 different ways to Sunday but it just wouldn’t. Not really happy that an ice machine wasn’t on my floor and a pop machine either. But slept good!! Fairly quiet even though the hotel was packed with teenagers in town for basketball competitions and cheer leaders

Liked: Pool was cold and they closed it during our stay. The pool area was moldy.

Nice front desk staff, but...

Liked: Very convenient location, comfortable beds.
Disliked: Every time we left the room our keycard deactivated. They said it was because we put them near our phones, but we didn’t do that after the first time. We were on the top floor and went to the desk all weekend so we could get back into our room. Took a lot of time when added up. Total hassle. Also, it looked as if cleaning crews were nonexistent. Room trash cans were extremely small so often there was a huge pike of trash—open food mind you—lying in the hallway by a stuffed full trash can for several hours. I don’t know how there is not a pest problem.

Great location, good breakfast, but...

Liked: Front desk was quick with check in. Rooms were comfortable even if a tad small. I do wish they had actual smart TVs you could stream to from your phone but the cable options were fine. Perhaps a few extra channels geared towards kids would be good. Breakfast was good. We wish it went a little later. They had waffles, French toast sticks, bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, fruit, oatmeal, cereal and orange juice available. Plus toast and muffins. My husband actually ate the breakfast which is saying something so major kudos to that.
Disliked: Towels were thin and there were only 3 despite having 4 people to the room. The carpet transition to the main room needs to be fixed. It’s coming up and it hurts to step on. The pool was cold. There was water EVERYWHERE and needed some help to get to the drain. Other guests put down towels. But it was very slippery and dangerous even when walking slowly. No towels were in the pool room for use.

Exceptional

This hotel was so convenient...

Liked: We stayed here because Semi State wrestling was right across the road at the Coliseum. We were able to eat a quick breakfast before heading over in the morning. It was an easy check in and a clean room.
Disliked: They bumped their prices for a standard room due to the busy weekend but that’s normal for all places.
