Liked: The hotel was able to provide me a room at a better price due to the reservation not being in their system.The room was inviting and clean.Breakfast had a wide variety of items. Everything was hot.
Disliked: Check-in was a big stress for me. The person could not find my reservation in the system. I showed my confirmation email. I was very stressed over the whole situation.New door locks were put on the room and it was very hard to get the door opened. I have to use my body to get it to open. The toilet was leaking on the floor. I reported the problems to the front desk.
