Comfortable hotel reasonably priced

Liked: I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were good and the bed was very comfortable

Liked: All staff were so helpful and friendly
Disliked: The wait for someone to service the lounge bar was really long throughout the day and early evening. I had to ask numerous times at reception to get someone to serve.The food was also really overpriced for what we got. The chicken Caesar salad was NOT worth the £19. Just lettuce with minimal chicken! That was disappointing

Liked: Personally felt that the first aid box was not well maintained or stocked. Secondly nd first aid box we were unable to open -I had to call on it at 3am when my elderly mother fell out of bed knocking herself unconscious on the corner of the bedside unit-bleeding badly from a cut to ear.

Helpful staff, nice hotel, good...

Liked: Staff were very helpful, & polite. When I requested a wine cooler with ice at the bar, that was provided. When I requested more milk for our room that was provided. When I requested for hair to be removed from our bath, that was provided. Hotel was clean.
Disliked: Refrigerator did not seem to work properly, or keep drinks very cold. Bathtub filled up to much while showering due to too much women's hair down the drain. Same with sink plug. Bleach or drain unblocker is required quarterly in all bathtubs and bathroom sinks, in all hotel rooms. I do not like standing in my own shower water, when I am washing.
