Liked: Comfortable bed and linens and clean , great shower pressure which is rare , good selection of wine in the bar . Great service . Outstanding breakfast

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, it was made to order which was much better than the usual hot buffet which is usually luke warm in hotels. The service at breakfast was fantastic - Rosie, Orion & Ran! The lady in reception that greeted me on the evening of Friday 24th Jan was lovely and offered me a drinks voucher which was much needed after a very long day! Great customer service throughout stay! Thanks very much.

Liked: Exceptional customer service, my TV didn't work and the very helpful young lady at reception immediately moved me into a different room. All the staff were very pleasant. Highly recommend staying.

Disliked: The price increase from week to week even though I am a regula stayer from week to week as I work close by plus I could not book a room for the following week due to an event in the town. Regular stayers at this hotel should be given first choice as we are staying here most weeks of the year.
