We spent two nights at the hotel and we would definitely visit again; can't fault the hotel or staff - all very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Was very welcoming and the staff were excellent.

Liked: Gracie the receptionist who checked us in and out was a very polite, smiley and helpful person. She was very welcoming and is clearly a credit to your hotel as the first point of contact for guests.The super king size bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were lovely and soft. I am very fussy with the type of pillow and mattress but both were perfect for my wife and I and we both slept very well ! It's clear the rooms have recently been decorated and the hotel is going through a refit and it has a positive impact on our stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated the bathroom was very modern with a lovely large shower.The room was spacious and the TV in the room was the biggest I've seen in a hotel ever with good features to allow us to stream content from our phones or laptops if required.
Disliked: I have 3 pieces of constructive feedback which I hope will help the hotel improve for future guests.1.The room we stayed in 119 the air conditioning module did not allow us to switch from heating to air conditioning. When we arrived the room was stuffy so I attempted to change it to cool or fan but despite my best efforts using the instructions next to the air conditioning module I was unable to do this. I went to reception to explain and the helpful receptionist said she would speak to maintenance and they will likely remotely be able to fix this. The time I went back to my room and checked I was indeed able to switch to air conditioning and we were able to cool the room down that afternoon. Unfortunately when we went out for the evening for dinner we turned the air conditioning off and when we returned and attempted to put it back on the air conditioning had defaulted back to heating and we could not change it back to cool. The room was not as stuffy and due to the time of year we opened the window and the room was cool enough to sleep but this would become an issue in the summer time for another guest so it would be a good idea to take a look. I’m not sure if the hotel renovation you have a couple of issues like this that have occurred ?2.We wanted to visit the swimming pool and when we checked in the receptionist asked if we wanted to use the pool and we said yes at 5pm. When we went down at 5pm our room cards did not allow us to enter the locked gym door. We were able to get in as another guest was leaving and opened the door for us. When I went back later to get in to dry our swimming costumes I couldn’t get in again and waited 5 minutes for a guest to leave. It’s hard to attract the attention of the gym receptionist as the door window is a port hole and they have no reason to look towards the door. I suggest a bell, buzzer or a phone on the wall to attract the attention of the gym reception if another guests room key does not allow them to access through

Liked: Really clean hotel, polite and helpful staff. The hotel has just had a refurb and the rooms are really nice. Very comfortable stay.

Liked: Place is very clean and beds are comfy. They have facilities like dry & steam sauna, jacuzzi and pool and many others. Restaurant food is very good especially the buffet breakfast. Staff are accomodating and friendly. Will definitely comeback.
