We spent two nights at the hotel and we would definitely visit again; can't fault the hotel or staff - all very friendly and helpful.

Overall An Amazing Stay

Liked: I was lucky enough to be booked into one of the standard super king rooms which had been newly renovated. It was immaculate and very stylish. Really loved the decor and furnishings.The staff were really lovely and welcoming and very helpful.The bed was to die for and the pillows were like sleeping on marshmallows.Loved the size of the TV and placement - perfect for watching snuggled in bed.I had room service for dinner which was very tasty and the service was impeccable!The bathroom was really lovely and the shower was heavenly!A really varied choice of lighting.Lots of power sockets and charging points!
Disliked: I booked the room through Booking.com and had assumed that there would be a bath as there was one in the picture. I discovered when I got there that there was only a shower so I was a bit disappointed as I was looking forward to a relaxing bath. Having said that, the shower was amazing!!!I did note that there was no hand towel so I had to use one of the head towels that were provided. Not a major problem but would have been more convenient for my stay.There were no changing facilities for the pool which I was told on arrival. I didn't read about it beforehand so I was not prepared as I hadn't brought a robe to wear from my room to the pool.No robes or slippers provided which was disappointing, especially as the changing facilities were closed due to ongoing refurbishments.As much as the duvets were cosy and comfortable, they were rather on the thick side and there were no alternatives so I was extremely hot and had to fling the duvet off for most of the night. There was air conditioning but I wouldn't have been able to sleep with it on.Had some noisy lads next door who'd obviously been on a boozy night out. Kept me awake until 3.00am. Not the hotel's fault and I don't knock anyone having a good night out, just a bit inconsiderate of them!This is just some constructive criticism. I really did enjoy my stay.
