Disappointing

Liked: Upon arrival, there was no hot water and nobody told us. Once we found out, I went to reception to ask about the problem and the staff seemed very annoyed by the fact I was asking about the issue.Then I emailed them and I got asked about my contact details. Never heard back.I understand issues like this can happen but I would expect a little of empathy and responsiveness.

Liked: Up to date,modern, super clean, comfortable. Value for money was good with location close to the airport
Disliked: Only suggestion is that there are some other options for the express breakfast ... suggest having cereals and yogurt, fruit

Liked: Very nice, about 8 minutes drive from airport, nice and cozy. Family room a bit on the small side but good enough for one night. Good selection at breakfast!
