Liked: A good size room with plenty of room to put up my dog crate (dog bed) TV with sofa to sit on to watch from, plenty of room to hang stuff up on, c,wan bathroom, easy to adjust heating.
Disliked: Nothing

Upbeat hotel for its size....

Liked: Upbeat vibe, pleasant staff and good breakfast. Apart from last day when delivery hadn’t arrived so no yogurt.
Disliked: Not convenient for the bus. Cracked tiles on bathroom floor

Liked: Can't fault anything. My Last and I had a great time. Close to York town centre, close to shops if needed. Amazing Staff !

Absolutely great stay.

Liked: Great, friendly staff. Very clean. Very good variety at breakfast.
Disliked: Bathroom a bit smelly I believe due to the drainage.

A Mixed Experience.

Liked: Warm comfortable room. Lovely staff. Check in and out very efficient. Breakfast was good apart from watery fruit juice.
Disliked: 1. A horrible smell came from the sink plug hole. I had to keep the plug in and water in the sink. I reported this and staff were aware of it, but despite that, put me in that room. No-one should be given a room with an unpleasant bathroom odour.2. The desk light didn't work. I took the bulb unit to Reception. They gave me another, but that didn't work either. This was very inconvenient as I had a lot of writing to do, and the desk corner was the darkest area of the room. The lamp clearly hadn't been checked before my arrival.
