Disliked: The smell of sink drain every time turned tap on.The 4 hour wait for water to shower on Tuesday morning & the lack of care or communication from staff.The noise from other people staying over. The noise from the cleaning staff in the morning.

Nice hotel, nice staff, hard...

Liked: We actually booked this one by accident, as we wanted the central one in York. So, the feedback may not match the expectations. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Taxi to center costs 10 pounds, affordable. The breakfast was quite good.
Disliked: The location is quite bad unless you have a car. There is a parking nearby to pick up a bus to the center or a cab ride, but otherwise absolutely unreachable, since the road to it doesn't even have sidewalks or light.
